1. USA and Canada Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 delivered to the continental United States and Canada. A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied to orders under this amount.
Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days, excluding production time for special items as noted on product pages.
Standard delivery generally requires 7–10 business days, depending on the destination. These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by operational or seasonal factors.
Taxes
United States: No sales tax will be charged.
Canada: Applicable provincial sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.
2. International Shipping
MANITO now offers worldwide delivery.
We offer free international shipping on orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $20 applies to all international destinations.

Duties & Taxes
All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected during checkout. MANITO manages customs clearance—no additional payments are required upon delivery.

3. Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking details to update in the system.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 days of placing your order, please contact customerservice@manitosilk-demo.hams.fun with your order number and full name for assistance.
4. Products Inspection
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we recommend the following steps when receiving your delivery:
-Inspect the package contents—including products, gifts, and packaging—in the presence of the delivery personnel.
-Refuse acceptance if you note any damage, discrepancy, or quality issue.
-If a representative signs on your behalf without inspection, the delivery is deemed accepted in good condition.
-Retain the original outer packaging for at least 30 days to facilitate potential returns or exchanges.
5. Monogrammed Items & Pre-Sale Items
Monogrammed orders require an additional 5–7 business days for personalization.
Orders containing pre-sale items will be shipped only when all products are available. Split shipments are not currently supported.
6. Packaging
Most items are delicately wrapped in tissue and presented in a signature MANITO gift box, suitable for gifting.
Some products may ship in standard packaging without a gift box—please refer to individual product descriptions for details.
Gift packaging is available upon request; please add a note at checkout.
7. Failed to Deliver
MANITO is not liable for additional costs resulting from failed or refused deliveries due to customer-related issues, including:
-Incorrect or incomplete address/contact information
-Repeated unavailability to receive delivery
-Non-payment of applicable import duties or taxes (collected at checkout for international orders)
8. Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our [Returns & Exchanges Policy].
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return process after the package has been delivered, and any associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
