1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your MANITO piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Returns for Refund:
Contact us at customerservice@manitosilk-demo.hams.fun to request a return.
Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
The applicable return label fee will be deducted from your refund: $10 for the United States, and $30 for Canada and all other international regions.
After shipping, please retain your tracking number.
We inspect returns within one week of receipt. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges:
Email customerservice@manitosilk-demo.hams.fun with your order number and desired new item.
Upon approval, a free prepaid return label will be provided.
Your new item ships after we receive and inspect the original return.

3. Return & Exchange Costs

Refund Returns: A $10 fee (US) or $30 fee (Canada& International) applies.
Exchanges & Store Credit: Free of charge in all regions.
Manufacturer Defects: Return shipping costs are covered by us.
Carelessly Packed Returns: May incur additional steaming or repacking fees.
We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.
Only the product cost is refundable; all shipping charges and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
We are not liable for returns lost in transit; please file a claim with the carrier.

5. General Return Policy

Eligibility Requirements:
Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use (e.g., stains, odors, pet hair).
All original tags must be attached.
Packaged in the original gift box and tissue paper.

Non-Returnable Items:
Silk underwear
Personalized or monogrammed items
Face masks
Items marked “Final Sale”

Important Notes:
Returns that cannot be resold due to poor condition will be rejected.
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at customerservice@manitosilk-demo.hams.fun.
For incorrect items, please provide a photo of the product and its barcode.
Faulty items are inspected upon return; we do not accept items for fair wear and tear.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.

7. Bespoke Embroidered & Monogrammed Items

All personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
